A woman wearing a mask engages with a representative at an information table during a community event. The table is covered with colorful educational materials, including flyers, brochures, and a children’s coloring book about water conservation. The representative, wearing a beige bucket hat and casual clothing, is explaining one of the pamphlets. Several other tables with seated individuals are visible in the background, and the setting appears to be outdoors at a school or community center.

The Office of Community Partnerships and Strategic Communications (OCPSC) plays a crucial role in driving California’s most important public awareness campaigns. By working with a vast network of trusted messengers, OCPSC ensures that critical information is not only accurate but also culturally relevant and accessible to communities across the state. Their efforts focus on building stronger connections between residents and the government, addressing urgent issues that impact daily life.

ActiveSGV is proud to be a part of OCPSC's Trusted Messenger Network, working together on campaigns that tackle major challenges facing our communities, such as Extreme Heat, Save Our Water CA, and ITIN (Individual Taxpayer Identification Number). Through these collaborations, we engage local residents with educational materials, hands-on resources, and outreach programs to promote heat safety, water conservation, and financial inclusion. Our involvement ensures these messages resonate with the unique needs of the San Gabriel Valley’s diverse population.

As part of the Trusted Messenger Network, ActiveSGV is amplifying the reach of these critical campaigns, fostering healthier, more resilient communities. From environmental stewardship to financial empowerment, this partnership is helping bring meaningful change to the region. Want to learn more about OCPSC and the Trusted Messenger Network?
