Los Angeles County Public Works is in the midst of the final design for the Puente Creek Greenway, a Class I Multi-Use Path along the Puente Creek Channel through unincorporated Valinda and the City of La Puente.

The project is part of the County’s 2010 adopted Bicycle Master Plan and is a long time in the works. In addition to creating a protected, off-street path for people to use on foot, bike, and other rolling modes, the project would include crossing improvements, signage, new trees, a rest stop, and new fencing.
