Topher is a resident of Pasadena, and was born and raised in the SGV. He graduated from PCC and received a bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from UCLA. Topher has over a half decade experience in advocating and organizing for safe streets with the Pasadena Complete Streets Coalition.
Topher joined ActiveSGV in 2022 and is working on the Nature for All and Our Future LA campaigns. He follows state and local policies and legislation that are of importance to ActiveSGV and the communities it serves.
When not working, Topher is usually riding a bike somewhere, planting something or adding to his collection of action figures, but oftentimes he’s just spending time with his dog, Gus!
