Stephanie Ramirez is a Los Angeles native with extensive experience in public policy, community outreach and engagement, and government relations. As Associate State Director for AARP California, she is primarily responsible for developing and strengthening strategic relationships with policymakers, state and local government agencies, community stakeholders, and volunteers in the Greater Los Angeles area.
Stephanie leads AARP California’s transportation-related efforts to address the mobility needs of older adults and persons with disabilities in support of an age-friendly Los Angeles. She serves on the community advisory committees for the Los Angeles Vision Zero Alliance, the City of Los Angeles Sidewalk Repair Program & Vision Zero Taskforce, and is on the Metro Los Angeles’ Policy Advisory Council.
