Linh is a first-generation Cantonese-Vietnamese immigrant from Vietnam. An El Monte native, she has lived in El Monte for over a decade. In high school, she became involved with ActiveSGV after they contacted students in Arroyo for a focus group about clean transportation in 2020. She then learned about ActiveSGV and started volunteering for the organization.
In her spare time, she spends time with her indoor cat, Emi, and her roaming neutered feral cats, Chonky, Chester, and Pillow. She's also involved with Asian Pacific Islanders with Disabilities of California as a youth advocate.
